All foreign language films must be subtitled in English
All films selected for the Festival grant NYC Shorts the rights to use DVD/videotapes and press materials from the film for promotional purposes
NYC Shorts is permitted to retain DVD/videotape copies of each film selected as part of our festival library and for media educational use.
